Shortly after showing interest in a property over the web, Benita contacted my wife and I, and we are extremely glad that she did. Over the next couple of months, she helped us find a property, get through all the paperwork and close the deal at a really fast pace. She kept in close contact throughout the entire process, being our liaison to the builder. Every action she took, she did for our good. She also saved us money by getting a lower offer on the house accepted. Finally, the mortgage broker that we had enlisted had not submitted any paperwork for an approval, so Benita put us in touch with a specialist who finished and got our mortgage approved within a couple of days.
There is more good that could be said about what Benita did for us during this process. Rest assured that if you go with her, you will be looked after. Benita is an excellent realtor, and we will be using her services again in the future.

Benita Pashko is one of the hardest working realtors I know. She is very passionate and caring. All her clients love her. She can sell houses other realtors can’t. I had two clients looking for referrals. I recommended both to Benita. One went to her and one went somewhere else. Benita’s sold the condo in less than six weeks in a tight market; the other client that went somewhere else, has a six month wait before her house sold. She actually tried going back to Benita but her listing contract prevented that from happening. If you need you house sold, Benita will get it done.
